How I Became Coach and Healer?

With over 20 years in the IT industry, I’ve walked the path of a high-performing professional — meeting deadlines, managing teams, and climbing the career ladder. But around my 10th year, something shifted. Despite the outward success, I felt lost and emotionally exhausted, like I was on a constant treadmill with no pause.

I’ve always loved my job, and that’s exactly why I chose not to walk away from it. Instead, I began exploring ways to stay happy while still doing what I loved. This led me to the world of meditation, mindfulness, healing, and coaching tools. These practices helped me reconnect with myself, release stress, and navigate challenges with more ease, calm, and clarity.

As I experienced these powerful shifts — becoming more peaceful, grounded, and self-loving — I realized how many others in similar roles were silently struggling too. That’s when my purpose became clear:
To share these transformative tools with others who were just like me — passionate about their work, but longing for inner peace and emotional freedom.
